Ā š Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
- Ā Auditing and reviewing confidential waste documentation and materials
- Ā Handling sensitive information, including medical evidence, in line with data protection and GDPR requirements
- Ā Accurately recording audit findings and maintaining clear, organised records
- Ā Adhering to a clear desk policy and all confidentiality and security procedures at all times
- Ā Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet project deadlines
- Ā Reporting any discrepancies, risks, or issues identified during the audit process
- Ā Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Ā Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and compliance principles
- Ā Ability to follow strict procedures and policies
- Ā Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ā Comfortable working in an office-based environment
- Ā Previous experience in auditing, administration, records management, or compliance
- Ā Experience working with confidential or medical documentation
- Public sector or regulated-environment experience
