Brook Street Social Care is offering a new exciting and rewarding role within the Homelessness and Rough sleeper Hostel Support in Bath.

You will be providing high quality housing management services, direct support of named clients and delivery of meaningful occupation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Be a positive member of Hostel Team and work in close partnership with the Team and all relevant external agencies.
  • Give clients advice, information, and support so that they can access appropriate services.
  • Responsible for ensuring that rent and service charge payments are made and recorded.
  • Take part in rostered systems of working which include Sleep In shifts, night and weekend working and On Call Rota Systems.
  • Maintain accurate and fully updated Client records.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You are HONEST, RELIABLE, CLIENT FOCUSED and a great TEAM-WORKER.
  • You fully embrace the motivation and passion to advocate for individuals who have experience homelessness or social exclusion.
  • You can use Microsoft Word, email, and basic spread sheets
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills.
